Hey! I’m Saralynn, wife to Micheal, mother to Trace, and daughter to the King – Jesus.
I’m a bit obsessed with everything non-toxic. In our home we eat manly organic food, stay away from artificial fragrances, and only use clean personal & household products.
Thankfully, my husband and I are on the same page with this stuff. It’s easy to be all about natural health when you’re married to a chiropractor.
While I mainly stay home with my son and share with you guys all about the best non-toxic products and ways of doing things that I find when it comes to beauty, things around the house, or natural health, Micheal spends the majority of his day at our office, Integral Chiropractic, helping people’s entire bodies get back to functioning the way God designed them to.
If you stick around long enough, you’ll hear me talk about how God has spoken to me or lead me to different things in my life, including blogging and my husband. Please know this is not because I’m special or because I do all the right things. I’m VERY far from perfect. This is because God desires to have a relationship with each one of us.
You are just as seen and loved as I am, even and especially during your worst moments (thank God cuz mom life is hard). God’s grace is strong and His mercy renews every morning for a reason…
Motherhood, marriage, and life in general are challenging. The best way I can “help make your everyday better” is to tell you that Jesus loves you and invites you into a personal relationship with Him. One close enough that the Creator of the universe actually speaks to you. No matter who you are. He made you, He sees you, loves you, and wants to live life with you.

FAQ
Where do you live?
Jonesborough, Tennessee
Where are you & your husband from?
Me: McDonough, Georgia. Micheal: Fyffe, Alabama
What did you do before blogging?
I nannied for a family for almost 10 years, from highschool till about the time I got married. At 19, I started my first “real career” as a hairstylist. I loved doing hair and did it for about 6 1/2 years. A year after Micheal and I got married, we moved to TN, and I helped him open and run our chiropractic office until my son, Trace, was born. I still help some with the office, but I’m mainly a stay-at-home, blogging mom now!
How did you and your husband meet?
My chiropractor at the time set us up through facebook. We talked for a couple weeks before meeting in person. I knew I was going to marry him before I even saw him for the first time. He apparently knew before he even knew my name.
How many kids do you have?
Currently, just one, but we plan on having at least four. I would love to have one more biological kid, and we are going to adopt at least two more kids.
What’s your number one beauty tip?
Drink water! (Not tap water!) Make sure it’s filtered and try to stay away from bottled water. Structured or Reverse Osmosis are the best, but you can also use a filter like a brita, pur or berkey. Adding a pinch of pink Himalayan salt to your water is a cheap way to add in electrolytes and help actually hydrate your cells.
